Israel Defends Itself – Hamas Calls Rebuttal to Their Attacks Act of War – Muslim Brotherhood calls on Government to Cut Ties with Israel!

Maps depicting the Before and After Landscape of the 6 Day War - Apparently, not remembered by the aggressors against Israel - image theocracywatch.org

It was a matter of time before the Israeli Government had to do something to defend itself from the crazies surrounding the State of Israel – so they targeted and eliminated a Hamas Leader, prompting that group of terrorists to call the “assassination” an “Act of War”. (Jerusalem Post) After decades or more of Israel on the receiving end of rockets, and suicide bombers, those perpetrating the insanity cry foul when one of their own fails to “dodge a bullet”. One can expect them to run to the U.N. with skirts tucked between their legs, seeking formal denouncement of Israel. (Literal on both counts). One might have sympathy for the Palestinian people if their leaders didn’t bank billions, and keep their people in a state of abject poverty and continual war with a country they could easily get along with just peachy. The problem lies neither with the Israeli people nor its government, but with the never-ending quest to annihilate those non-believers by the crazed Palestinians. Israel has shown amazing restraint thus far, and one must anticipate that being a “punching” bag for so long may have unintended consequences of a reaction.

The usual suspects have weighed in from Iran to Syria however, the Obama administration has offered its support to Israel – and immediately – not weeks or months later. Perhaps the most ridiculous item to date from this conflict is the call from the Muslim Brotherhood to Egypt’s leadership to break diplomatic ties with Israel The U.K Guardian reported on the call by the group that is currently running the country of Egypt. – The Irony.

Suffice it to say, that while these Islamist nations were so buy teaching children how to become Jihadist or suicide bombers, or both, they neglected to teach them the history of their relationship with Israel and the Six Day War. To simplify - The PLO was formed in 1963, and as a result of continual harassment by said group and surrounding “Arab” states, culminating in an attack on Jerusalem in June of 1967, the State of Israel fought back – indeed, in six days, the Israeli military (IDF) managed to conquer their neighbors, and increase the size of Israel.(Jewishvirtuallibrary.org).

This underscores the stupidity of fanaticism. It is true that civilians on both sides suffer, however, if one could send a message to those who prefer suicide and annihilation of the Jewish State that it is simply not going to happen, and most likely they and their people will suffer, may go a lot further towards a peace process if those groups (from college professors to government officials worldwide) would be a little less outraged in their anti-Semitism and be honest with those people they are feeling so sorry for. It’s doubtful as the dummying down of the educational system has a cost, critical thinking is at an all time low – therefore the concept of actually playing by the rules, teaching one’s children not to blow themselves up in the name of Mullah Mouse, etc. etc., ad nauseum, then extending an olive branch, would go a long way towards –actual peace.

Iran – Supplying Hardware and Now Software to Hammas to Attack Isreal - Where’s the outrage?

It is a fact that Iran has, in the past, supplied Hamas with
rockets and “militants” that were trained in Iran.
Some analysts refer to this “supply” of weapons to Hamas as a “proxy” war being waged by Iran and Syria. The world view, is that somehow, Israel must be to blame, regardless of the rhetoric from Iran’s leader, which suggests that Israel should not exist and apparently Iran will do anything possible to see that happen.

Understanding that the economic crisis is global, it is no wonder then, that Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is now seeking, suicide bombers, to get the job done? The Boston Globe picked up this intel from the AP. From the AP report, it appears that the Top Theologian has influenced student groups to call for suicide assists in Gaza. Iran’s quirky President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has not issued a statement on this revelation, no doubt, preferring the use of more accurate weaponry to that of unreliable, but non-the-less, terrifying “human bombs”.

It continues to boggle the mind that these types of incidents are either ignored or excused by many in defense of those living in “Palestine”. If those pundits and world leaders were truly concerned about the “Palestinian’s”, they would move mountains in order to protect them from these types of “assists”, instead, offering education (a career as a suicide bomber is not desirable, for instance), and possibly some old fashioned “shop” or “cooking” classes, while blasting and condemning those who would use innocents from another “nation” in order to pull off a hare-brained military objective (Iran). Instead, the world continues to “protest” against Israel . Is it possible for so many to be collectively ignorant? Or, are they merely misinformed by anti-Semitic sentiment rising from the world press, the United Nations and bodies of that ilk?

Jimmy Carter – "US and Israel the problem"

Former President Jimmy Carter, on his umpteenth Terrorist Tour with Hamas, reported that the group is willing to accept a conditional peace with Israel Reuters Conditional? In reference to the US and Israel, Carter, using the royal “we” is quoted: “"We believe that the problem is not that I met Hamas in Syria," Carter said in his address.”The problem is that Israel and the United States refuse to meet with these people, who must be involved."

Hamas rally, from waronjihad.org

The man is simply delusional.
From Fox, On the Carter “negotiations”: “He also said Hamas has promised to let a captured Israeli soldier send a letter to his parents.”.

All things considered: This soldier was kidnapped by Hamas, while he was in Israel, Hamas is funded by Iran (Carter’s old buddy, the Ayatollah) and promotes the concept of killing women and children to get their point across. Big of them to let the young man write send a letter home from "suicide camp"

Pennsyvalnia Primary Sparing Continues

Clinton and Obama Trade Final Barbs, from MSNBC More of the same bickering on the campaign trail - Obama attacking Clinton, and Clinton firing back (or vice versa). The good news: Barack Obama feels that John McCain would make a better president that George Bush. Hopefully he keeps adding that to his daily stump speeches!

from Huffington Post

How important is it that Hillary Clinton wins the Pennsylvania primary? It is Critical, for both her campaign and for John McCain’s.
According to Real Clear Politics, Hillary has an average 5.3 lead over Obama as of Monday. Should she win PA, the case is strong that she continue to the convention, use those super-Democrats and keep the party from running another Carter Clone for the White House. Will the super delegates listen, or run the party and the country to rack and ruin? This protracted race on the DNC side, allows John McCain to get his message out to the folks early. How effective this early start will be once the media drumbeat takes a sharp left turn after the DNC convention remains to be seen.

Happy Monday.

Carter Continues His Quest for the Glorification of Hamas

Carter at Arafats Grave, AP Photo

Jimmy Carter laid a wreath at the grave of Yassar Arafat yesterday. Carter did not respond when one of his Palestinian “hosts” noted that the grave was only temporary and that they hoped to move it to Jerusalem. Most likely overcome grief and his own ego, this moment found Carter at a usual loss for words. The Israeli government continues to shun the ex-president. Is there no end to this man’s buffoonery?

Tuesday’s Tidbits

Mike Huckabee and the Countdown

Mike Huckabee, former 10 year Governor of the State of Arkansas

Today is the day that former presidential candidate Mike Huckabee’ new website is revealed. Mike Huckabee.com has featured a clock counting down to April 15, 2008 – high noon. There is much speculation from a variety of bloggers claiming that the announcement may be anything from a bid for an independent run at the presidency to an official early announcement that Mike will be John McCain’s V.P. choice. One might also speculate that as it is April 15, and federal and state taxes are due, that this website might be a new anti-tax P.A.C. In any event, Mike Huckabee is missed on the campaign trail. As a conservative who saw through the media hype and the total nonsense thrown out by the “conservative” Club for Growth, Mike Huckabee stands for everything that is good about this country. It would take the decimation of the country by an inept and inexperienced president to bring the nation back to the point where the populace is ready for another “Man of the People”. After four years of “Yes we can”, one can only hope there will be a nation left to govern! I really like Mike.

Seriously.

In his continued quest to embarrass the nation, Jimmy Carter (groan) is in the Middle East. How’s that trip going?

Former President Jimmy Carter has been left to his own devices in his latest terrorist hugging foray in the Middle East. This old fool could not comprehend why the Israeli’s might not want to supply him with protection. See article from Israel Today. Did it not occur to this idiot that his anti-Semitic remarks and continual visits with terrorists might not sit well with the Israeli’s?

From Time. Jimmy Carter's Peace Loving People

Speaking of which, despite criticism from governments and his own party, Carter still plans to meet with the exiled Hamas Leader today Article from the International Herald Tribune. Points to consider:
When this man was president he met with the Ayatollah Khomeini while he was exiled in Paris, some, including the Shah of Iran, thought this might not be in anyone’s best interest, but, Carter went ahead, and well, the outcome is a nuclear Iran. How can he explain his continued fascination and support for terrorists – all in the name of the American people? A former president, like it or not, is seen as an elder statesman globally, which might explain why the world views us so unfavorably. Carter and his ilk (former vice presidents, etc.), have been rampaging about America’s shortcomings amongst our enemies for quite some time. I propose commitment – to a long-term care facility.
