Anthony!
In a semi-heated discourse over the general state of television, including the Soprano's, my husband (newly home from afar) and I differed in the way we felt the series would evolve. I believe that the suicide rate amongst the mobsters might be a tad too high but other than that, I see business as usual. What one has to consider is that aging is taking center stage in this series, leaving one to ponder who will step up to fill in the blanks. In reading clips from the series opener, Anthony Jr. noted that his role was made a great deal more interesting. I would suggest that the son will begin to step into the fathers shoes. I also think there will be a great deal of "whacking" taking place.
My husband, thinking this is television, and of course, the democrats won on the West Wing, insists that contrary to anything remotely realistic, Carmella will step in and take the place of the feared Anthony Soprano.
His such a cynic,
could have something to do with a 40 hour flight.
Speaking of people that should be whacked....
What on earth is going on with the media as it relates to information garnered from the Pentagon?
Re: Seymours total lack of what appears to be a brain, lets it rip yesterday that the Bush administration plans to lob a few nukes over to Iran.
Citing confidential sources, of course.
should we even take Seymour seriously? - We know that they are testing bunker bombs, which have the ability to blast a hole through the earths surface to seek out....possibly.... oh a nuclear arsenal? -
Perhaps that is what Mr. Hirsch had in mind? - Let's just tip of the Iranians!!
I believe if George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were around, Seymour would be swinging from a tree somewhere.
Just a thought.
